As I went through the Palmettos, I brushed a palm frond out of my face. There are brown and tan striped bugs who carry their young on there backs in the palm frond. Ive always called them eye spitters because they excrete a stinky misty out of there bodies. They lay in clumps of 5-15 in a bunch. As I went through the palm fronds, I got a direct blast of this stinky mist directly in both of my eyes. I was totally blind for several hours and all alone in the swamp.

Excerpt from Cursed at birth...."SWAMP TALES"
Monday, March 19, 2012
My name is Kenneth Scott Raulerson. I have been in trouble since the night I was born on Halloween . In fact I was the fourth son to be born in my family and I was born in 30 seconds. I came out of my Mama's belly running.I ran so fast the nurses had to chase me down the hall just so the doctor could spank my Lilly white ass. Well that's how I got me the name" SPEEDY". Despite what alot of Law enforcement might want you to believe (That I got that name running from the law. That's just another myth and a out right lie that the people that serve and protect want you to believe) There are many folks from my hometown that have known me by that name since birth. First and foremost I'm not claiming to be no "Angel", and I've probably broken all the TEN commandment's. In my time Ive seen Law enforcement Lie, cheat and steal with complete impunity to never be held accountable for there actions. Ive had three Jury trails in my life and I have had three NOT GUILTY verdicts in those same trails. Each is laid out and beared in the book you are about to read. Ive done way more than my share of crime and to be doing a natural life sentence would not be given to me unjustly. What your about to read is my account of a life that could have been so different than the one I lived. Looking back over 30 plus years of my life if I could have changed one thing it would hands down be to have been a better father for my children. This book is still a work in progress, and I'm sure there are alot of other true life stories out there that are some real knuckle biter's, but this is my story, and to tell it, write about it Is nothing compared to living it. As I write these words today, I'm a humbled man. I thank my lucky stars that the good LORD has seen something in me that's worth salvaging and has given me the chance to watch my Grand kids grow up and to bring the love of my life Tina House into my life while surrounded by razor wire and gun towers. It just goes to show you GOD has a sense of humor.
